Real feedback, not filler quotes
LockUnlocked is a dispatch platform — customers work with independent locksmiths, not our in-house crew. We do not publish made-up star ratings or anonymous one-liners.
When verified customer notes are available, we add them here with date, job type, and enough context to be useful. Until then, this page explains how feedback, complaints, and price-change reports should be handled.
- After a confirmed job, the customer can tell us whether the job was completed.
- If the quoted price changed on site, we ask what changed and whether the locksmith explained it before work started.
- No-show, pressure, or identity mismatch reports are treated as trust issues, not marketing feedback.
- Repeated problems can affect whether a locksmith stays in the network.
