Today I noticed a lot of Instagram ads for AI bots that help locksmiths, handymen, and other service pros be the first to grab jobs on Thumbtack.

I actually think AI is great. If it makes someone's job easier, I'm all for it.

But if you need AI just to keep up in the race for leads, maybe the problem isn't the technology.
